Step 3:

Fill out Form:

Has to be Full Name on Bill  -  Account Number  -  Email Address  -  Re-type Email Address  - 

Password  -  Confirm Password

Step 4:

Log back into Account

Step 5:

User Name:  (email address)

PW:  (what you choose)

Step 6:

Paperless Billing

THIS STEP MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO PAY ONLINE!

*Check Enable Paperless Billing (NO LONGER GET CARD BILL -ONLY EMAIL)

Save

Step 7:

Pay Bill

(Authorize.net)
