If applying for TAP: Customer MUST visit our office and receive a flag.
If applying for Service: Customer may visit us in person or apply via email.
New & existing customers requesting new service will be required to fill out an application for all locations and are responsible for remitting payment of $60.00/Connection Fee. You will need to provide a Non-expired Identification Card at the time of applying.
