New & existing customers requesting new service will be required to fill out an application for all locations and are responsible for remitting payment of $60.00/Connection Fee. You will need to provide a Non-expired Identification Card at the time of applying.


Requirements for rendering Service:

  • Balances on accounts for previous customers must be paid at the time of applying for new service. 
  • Renters must have an updated rental/lease agreement from your landlord.
  • Homeowners must provide proof of ownership.
